Apple reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and impose new or additional terms on your use of the Services, provided that Apple gives you 30 days` notice of any material adverse changes to the Service or the applicable Terms of Service, except as a result of circumstances arising from legal regulatory or governmental action; to address concerns about user safety, user privacy or technical integrity; to avoid service interruptions for other users; or due to a natural disaster, catastrophic event, war or similar event beyond Apple`s reasonable control. With respect to paid iCloud services, for example: iCloud+ as defined below, Apple will not make any material adverse changes to the Services until the end of your current Paid Period, unless such change is reasonably necessary to take legal, regulatory, or regulatory action; to address concerns about user safety, user privacy or technical integrity; to avoid service interruptions for other users; or to avoid problems arising from a natural disaster, catastrophic event, war or similar event beyond Apple`s reasonable control. In the event that Apple makes material adverse changes to the Services or the Terms, you have the right to terminate this Agreement and your account, in which case Apple will refund to you on a pro rata basis all advance payments for your current paid term. Apple will not be liable to you for any changes to the Services or the Terms of Service pursuant to this IE Section. 3. Trademark Information. Apple, the Apple logo, iCloud, the iCloud logo, and other Apple trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Apple Inc. in the United States and/or other countries.

Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Service may be trademarks of their respective owners. No right or license to any of the above trademarks is granted to you, and you further agree not to remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notices (including trademark and copyright notices) posted on or contained in the Service. Apple may send you notices regarding the Service, including changes to this Agreement, by email to your iCloud email address (and/or any other alternate email address associated with your account, as applicable), iMessage or SMS, by mail, or by posting on our Site and/or the Service. The California Consumer Privacy Act gives California consumers the right to receive information from Apple about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you. You can exercise your rights through an authorized representative by providing the relevant details so that you can log in to privacy.apple.com. If you are unable to access Apple`s online tools, you or your agent can submit a request to apple.com/legal/privacy/contact or by calling 1-800-275-2273. You hereby grant Apple the right to take any action that Apple reasonably deems necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this Agreement.
You agree that Apple has the right, without liability to you, to disclose data and/or information to law enforcement, government officials, and/or third parties as Apple reasonably deems necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of this Agreement (including, but without limitation, Apple`s right to respond to legal proceedings related to your use of the Services). and/or content. and/or a third party alleges that your use of the Services and/or Content is illegal and/or violates the rights of such third parties). Family division. Family Sharing lets you share certain purchased content, such as Windows Store purchases and Apple subscriptions, with family members. You can also share specific content like photos, calendar, location, and screen time information, depending on what your family wants to share. You can also share certain subscriptions and in-app purchases with third parties. From time to time, Apple may choose to offer new and/or updated features of the Service (“Beta Features”) as part of a public beta program (the “Program”) in order to provide Apple with feedback on the quality and usability of the Beta Features.
You understand and agree that your participation in the Program is voluntary and does not create any legal partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide you with Beta Features. Apple may make these beta features available to Program Members through online registration or registration through the Service. You understand and agree that Apple may collect and use information from your account, devices, and devices to enroll you in a Program and/or determine your eligibility to participate. You understand that once enrolled in a program, you may not be able to revert to the previous non-beta version of a particular beta feature. If such a reversal is possible, you may not be able to migrate data created in the beta feature to the earlier non-beta version. Your use of the Beta Features and participation in the Program is subject to this Agreement and any additional license terms that may accompany the Beta Features separately. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS AND COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROGRAM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, INTERNET ACCESS FEES, BACKUP COSTS, COSTS OF USING YOUR DEVICE AND PERIPHERALS, AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, INFORMATION OR DATA.
