Berman & Simmons is seeking a Legal Admissions Specialist to build and oversee our firm`s admissions department. The Legal Intake Specialist is an integral member of our legal team as one of the first points of contact for potential bodily injury within our firm. The first step is to get to know yourself. Offer positive interactions with potential customers and help them take the first step of their bodily injury. Organize, prioritize and process requests on a daily basis according to standard protocols, from initial review and screening of new leads to providing details about potential clients and cases to the appropriate legal team for review. Collect contact information and accurately summarize relevant case information using the companies` registration software and customized database management system. Follow up with potential clients as needed and manage referrals to/from other law firms. Develop an in-depth understanding of the firm`s specialized practice areas, internal systems, and many nuanced registration procedures. Supervise the admissions department and supervise the legal admissions coordinator.

Create recording training materials and standard operating procedures to improve workflow Provide initial and ongoing training in intake and call monitoring to ensure procedures and best practices are followed consistently. Create a variety of weekly/monthly reports and provide data analysis. Build productive and trusting working relationships with team members at all levels. Takes on new, different or challenging tasks to meet business needs and performs administrative tasks and special projects as required.
