I assumed it was a server issue, so I connected to emails to track other items and found an email from Amazon saying card issuers were blocking fees due to fraudulent activity. So I contacted the customer later in the morning and his secretary didn`t know the card was being used and refused the fee. So he contacted the bank to let them know they were legatees and to release the payment.
In the meantime, my account was suspended before they contacted me about it. I spoke to your customer service representatives who wait daily for this to be resolved and told me that they had no information about the status, but that they would send an email to the chargeback service and call or email them. After 3 days I called again and said the same thing, at this point I asked to make the payment directly from my bank account for immediate payment on the open amount, and I get it directly from my client, I made it clear that I wanted to fix it because I had to buy more parts for other personal work and products. You said, just go to your account and choose your payment option. Hello MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED. OK Sir, I will send an email to the chargeback service and get them to contact you. No calls to talk to someone who can help, just one more email asking me to go to the next link that takes me to the Amazon LOLOL signup page, no one receives it, I can`t sign up. It`s been going on for 5 days now. Have you called several times a day for 4 days, here you have a customer who is not responsible for the problem but wants to transmit the problem to solve it, and no one has the position to do so.
Your customer service can`t rely on a screen with predefined answers, you need someone in this area who can take care of situations like this, this problem could have been solved by sending me an email beforehand when this happened, I could have corrected it with access to my account. Or by making a payment over the phone, which is apparently not an option, I was told. Don`t get me wrong, I know the Covid crisis has things under control, but that`s not one of those problems. AWS actually removed one of my cases that I had created on AWS in this regard and licensed Val R. Amazon`s trust and security team lied about receiving reports like this, even though they`ve already received a lot of reports, but chose to lie and say they didn`t and won`t email me now when I ask them why they lied Why wouldn`t everyone want to pursue this? Why wouldn`t everyone want to be the voice of children who can`t do it for themselves, why wouldn`t everyone want to do everything in their power to help these children???? I will fight and I will never stop fighting for myself and for these children and all children. Anyone reading this should do the same. Again, absolutely everything is backed up by solid evidence. Or how if a customer requests their personal data that includes their phone call recordings with customer service and I have never received them in ONE of my data requests, if until recently I asked FOR ALL the data several times so that they would hold it back from me for more than a year and I never get ALL the data to which I am entitled in my data requests, and I complained about it every time. My recent requests for my data include other customers` data mixed with mine, and I received an email from the customer relations department stating that the relevant teams had investigated and confirmed that all the data I received was linked to my LIES account, and then 15 hours later, I received the same email word for word from customer service, only that it was signed by another person, as if they had written it themselves for the first time. I asked for proof of their statement and I am still waiting for it because the only data that belongs to me and that is linked to my account is MY data.
